Sergeant Rick Moore will be promoted to the rank of Police Captain, and will serve as the Support Services Division Commander having direct supervision and management of the Department’s Records Bureau, Property and Evidence, Emergency Services, and Animal Control.

Corporal Kain Gallaugher will be promoted to the position of Police Sergeant and will serve as a patrol watch commander with direct supervision of a team of officers.  A proficient firearms expert, once promoted, Corporal Gallaugher will also be given the ancillary assignment of supervising firearms training and qualifications for all sworn personnel.
