Press Release dated June 21, 2011On Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at about 9:32 A.M., the Los Alamitos Police Department received notification that a robbery alarm was activated inside the US Bank located at 10942 Pine Street. While officers responded to the location, they learned that a person had walked into the bank and demanded money from the employees and displayed a butcher knife to gain compliance. The suspect had fled on foot from the location with an unspecified amount of cash.
